Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

Naverila is booking software for solo dog groomers. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It covers two kinds of people: groomers who hold a Naverila account, and the pet owners whose details a groomer stores or who submit a booking request.

This is a plain-language policy for an early product. It describes our current practices honestly; it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your country. We will update it as the product and applicable law require, and post the date of any change here.

1. Who operates Naverila

Naverila is an independent product, operated by its founder. There is no support department: an email goes to the person who builds and runs the service.

Support commitment. Support is by email at contact@naverila.com, and we reply within one business day — including data-access and deletion requests under this policy. We do not offer a telephone line or 24/7 cover. You can also reach us from inside the app, under Help & feedback, which keeps the conversation in your account and emails you when we reply.

Write to contact@naverila.com for anything in this document. If you need our formal business details — for a contract, an invoice or a data-protection request — ask at that address and we will provide them in writing.

2. Information we handle

3. How we use it

To provide the service: to run your account and trial, show your calendar and records, generate booking pages, and send transactional email (verification, confirmations, reschedules, cancellations). We use it to keep the service running and to support you when you ask for help.

4. Service providers

These are the third-party providers we use to run Naverila. This list tells you who handles data on our behalf; it is not a security claim about them or about us.

Each processes data on our instructions in order to deliver the service. If you subscribe, payment is completed on the payment provider's own hosted checkout page: your card details go to that provider, and we do not see or store a full card number. We will name any further provider here before it starts handling your data.

A deposit adds no provider to that list. Naverila is not a payment processor or payment facilitator and does not route a client’s deposit through anyone: the money passes directly from the client to the groomer by whatever means the groomer chose, so no payment provider receives anything from us and we never see the payment. If that changes we will name the provider here before it starts handling anything, as above.

5. The groomer controls their client data

The owner and dog records inside a workspace belong to that grooming business. As between a groomer and their clients, the groomer is responsible for those records and for telling their own clients how they use them. Naverila is built so that each workspace's records are kept separate, with access scoped to that account.

6. Trial, subscription and billing

7. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your records while your account is active. After that, one schedule applies — the same in every case:

You can export your records as CSV at any point in that window. You can also ask us to export or delete your data sooner by emailing contact@naverila.com — we verify the request before acting on it.

8. Your choices

You can access and correct your information inside the app, export it as CSV, and ask us to delete it. Pet owners can ask the relevant grooming business, or contact us, to access or remove details held about them.

9. Text messages (SMS)

If you booked an appointment with a groomer: Naverila contacts you by email — confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, appointment reminders and a note when your dog is ready to collect. Client texting is part of the groomer’s paid plan: once their studio’s dedicated texting number has been verified by the carrier and activated, Naverila also texts you from that number, but only if you ticked the SMS consent box on their booking page: a reminder the day before your appointment, a note when your dog is ready, and replies your groomer writes in Naverila to a text you sent. The email reminder continues. Your consent is recorded against your number for that groomer only and is not acted on before their number is active; as of 17 October 2026 no studio’s number is active yet. A groomer may separately text you from their own phone, at their own carrier’s rates, in which case the message comes from their number and not from Naverila.

If you use Naverila to run your grooming business: Naverila texts you, the account holder, about your own account — a new booking request, a client accepting or declining an offered time, and a deposit you asked for that has not arrived — but only if you turned that on in your settings and gave a mobile number. Consent is optional and is never a condition of using Naverila or of booking. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, and are never shared with any other groomer on Naverila. When a text is sent to you, your number is processed by our messaging provider, Telnyx, for the sole purpose of delivering that message. If you booked with a groomer, your number also appears in the client record held by that grooming business, because it is their record of your booking.

We keep a record of your consent — the number, the groomer it was given to, the date and time, and the exact wording you agreed to — and we stop sending to your number when you opt out. How this works in detail, including the opt-in wording, is published at naverila.com/sms.

10. Security

Connections to Naverila use HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes by our authentication provider, and access to records is scoped per workspace. Those are the measures we have in place, described plainly — they are not a guarantee. We hold no security certification and do not claim one, and no system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

11. Contact

Questions or requests: contact@naverila.com. We are the data controller for your Naverila account information; see Who operates Naverila above.
